We accept major credit and debit cards, plus the express payment options shown at checkout, such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay where they are available on your device. The payment methods available for your order are always listed at checkout.

2. When Payment Is Taken

Payment is collected in full when you place your order. We don't confirm or dispatch an order until your payment has cleared. If a payment is declined, we'll let you know by email and the order will not go ahead.

3. Currency

All prices at LumoraHearth are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). If your card is issued in another currency, your bank or card provider may apply its own exchange rate or foreign transaction fee, which we don't control.

4. Security

Payments are processed through SSL-encrypted, PCI DSS-compliant payment providers. We never see or store your full card details. Your payment information is handled entirely by our payment processors.

5. Pricing

Prices on lumorahearth.com may change without notice. Promotional prices and discount codes apply only to eligible orders placed during the stated promotion period and can't be applied to past orders.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund & Return Policy and are issued to the original payment method. If you notice a billing problem, please contact us at support@lumorahearth.com before starting a dispute with your bank, so we can resolve it quickly.

7. Fraud Prevention

We may cancel or hold any order we reasonably suspect involves fraud or unauthorised use of payment details. For some orders, we may ask for extra verification. These checks are there to protect our customers and our store.
